Firm Biographies

James K. Tonrey, Jr.
Chief Executive Officer, Portfolio Manager

James K. Tonrey, Jr., is Founder and Chief Executive Officer for Stillwater Investment Management. With over twenty eight years of investment management experience, Mr. Tonrey is responsible for portfolio management and the management of the firm.

Prior to Stillwater Investment Management, Mr.Tonrey served as a Portfolio Manager with Windsor Financial Group. He was responsible for managing investment portfolios and client relationships for over 60 high net worth families, their trusts and corporations, representing over $100 million of assets under management. In addition, Mr. Tonrey served as a Director and Senior Vice President with Boston Research and Management, Inc., a registered investment advisory firm located in Manchester, Massachusetts.

Mr. Tonrey is a member of the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute and the Twin Cities Society of Securities Analysts. He is a 2009 and 2010 recipient of the FIVE STAR Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Manager as published in Mpls St. Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business. Mr. Tonrey was also chosen as a 2009 Trusted Financial Advisor by Minnesota Law & Politics.

Mr. Tonrey received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.

Amy L. Enderlein
Chief Operations Officer

Amy L. Enderlein is Chief Operations Officer for Stillwater Investment Management. With over sixteen years investment operations experience, Ms. Enderlein is responsible for overseeing all aspects of securities trading and the firm's day-to-day operations including client portfolio accounting, reporting and service.

Prior to joining Stillwater Investment Management, Ms. Enderlein served as Manager of Operations with Windsor Financial Group, Account Administrator for Investment Advisors Inc. and Officer Manager for Webb Financial Group.

Ms. Enderlein received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management with highest honors from Bethel University.

Dana J. Tonrey
Chief Compliance Officer, Manager of Information Technology

Dana J. Tonrey is the Chief Compliance Officer and Manager of Information Technology for Stillwater Investment Management. Ms. Tonrey is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm's compliance procedures which include: regulatory, security and business continuity policies. With over fifteen years of managing information technology within the investment industry, she is responsible for our firm's technology applications, implementation, and vision. This includes applying leading edge technology where appropriate while ensuring data accuracy, security and time sensitive delivery.

Prior to joining Stillwater Investment Management, Ms. Tonrey served as Vice President of Technology Services for Wellington Management, Boston, Massachusetts and Network Integrator of Information Services for Putnam Investments.

Ms. Tonrey received her Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts and her Masters in Business Administration from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Eric A.Bratvold
Client Relationship Manager/New Business Development

Eric A. Bratvold is the most recent addition to Stillwater Investment Management. He offers over thirteen years of investment management experience and is responsible for client service and business development.

Prior to joining Stillwater Investment Management, Mr. Bratvold served as the Branch Manager of TD Ameritrade's St. Paul office. He was responsible for all the day to day operations of the branch including management, sales and client service.

Mr. Bratvold received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Bemidji State University in Bemidji, Minnesota.
